What do you think when you see it?

I observe it and think

1. environmental degradation
2. the lack of facilities (areas used for parking), designed to host events in the school complex and beyond ... ..
3. All'inciviltà and carelessness of the citizens who park their cars in space for the bus stop, although (as is clearly visible) more space was available to stop;
   
   And now we come to the question.
   
   green space in front of the car, is a private space! But ... left to itself! .. a receptacle for garbage, unhygienic, and horrifying to see.
   are waiting to build another building mama's boy, this I know, but, meanwhile, should not be mandatory for the owner, to the cleaning of that area in respect of residents who live nearby?
